Course summary

A six-week meditation course employing 7 five minute meditations one for each day of the week. These meditations are repeated daily over a 6 week period. The aim of these meditations is to promote healing and self-awareness through a focus upon self-inquiry.

Each meditation takes five minutes, is repeated over a 7 day period,
and focuses upon one of the 8 branches of healing.

The 8 branches of healing are comprised of
Gratitude,
Compassion,
Forgiveness,
Letting go,
Acceptance,
love,
& assertiveness

and the final branch of the tree is wisdom

 

I have also added some of my favorite life hacking videos to listen to on the same day as completing each meditation. A focus upon each branch of healing can promote personal reflection and help move us to a state of enlightenment.

Journal

As you move through each day record your experiences in your journal. As you go reflect on what you have learned and what you will do differently as a result of your experiences in this course.

Wednesday: A focus on forgivenesss

 

On today’s 8 branch course( Wednesday) Forgiveness theme just thought I would add the beautiful quote “The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong” Mahatma Gandhi -Who can you forgive today to lighten your load?

Thursday : A focus on Letting go

 

 

Write in your journal

What does letting go mean to you?

Do you let go daily?

How can you let go more in your life today?

Friday: A focus on acceptance

Do you feel acceptance daily?

How can you bring more acceptance into your life today?

 

Saturday: A focus on Love
