Hi everyone, Well over the last several days we have talked about body image, the definition of beauty, and the conspiracy of body image in today’s Western society.

 

Today were going to do something a little bit different and I think you will enjoy this.I know I certainly enjoyed creating this 7 day series. We going to pretend I have just seven days to change a body. I imagine and visualise that we go away for seven days to achieve just that.
