6 Week meditation for balance course.

Hi everyone- Do sometimes feel like life is getting a little overwhelming? I know that I do and when I do I return to my short meditations to get myself straight back on track.

This is a six-week course to help you learn to find balance within the occasional mayhem of life. I would love to hear what you think of the course. Please feel free to leave comments and suggestions down below.

You can either follow the playlist below or watch one video at a time. I encourage you to journal your progress. You will find that with each day gradually you will be a little bit more grounded and resilient. Remember it is not about achieving the perfect meditation but rather about the meditation you have simply being the meditation you have. Place acceptance of your meditation before expectation.
