These meditations are guided meditations designed to help you relax and focus so that you may

  1. study with more clarity
  2. recover with resilience
  3. sleep soundly
  4. relax and be in the moment
  5. aid in self-inquiry

I have designed these meditations to be 20 – 30 minutes in duration so that they are user-friendly.

My first in this collection is “I am ok”. I have to say if you don t mind that this is one of my favorites.

I just love the simplicity of  repeating a comforting mantra.

I am ok – a progressive meditation

I have designed this meditation exclusively to the Being well club. That means that you and only you get to see this.
“I am ok” is suitable for emotional loss, sleep therapy, relaxation, study, self-inquiry or just for comfort.
I have spent a lot of time on this one, and I am quite happy with it if you don’t mind me saying. I suggest that you initially start with the 2-minute meditation series we looked at last week to help you get you into the swing of meditation. And then this “I am ok” meditation is for when you need some serious me-time. You know-those times when you need to focus on self to recover, draw resilience, or calm down. I recommend that you spend some time with this one. I call this one of my ‘Goldilocks” meditations meaning that it is not too long and not too short but rather ‘”just right.” As with many things in life the more you repeat it with a level of discipline, the more you will benefit. So I turn it into a ritual.
