Procrastination is putting off or delaying a task that needs to be done or is required to be done, or it may even be putting off a goal you have set for yourself.
The effect of procrastination
The effect of procrastination is that a loss may be suffered; perhaps it is loss to one’s career, one’s relationship or even one’s sense of self. In essence procrastination means that we are sitting in denial while opportunities and possibility just pass us by.Procrastination is also often accompanied by excuses, distraction, and rationalisations.Our Procrastination means that we are denying ourselves the opportunity to truly sit in the moment.
