ASMR Coping with the stress of study three-part course
Coping with the stress and anxiety of study can be really challenging. Study stress can affect our health, our well-being, and even our sense of self. This short course has been designed in order to help you plan how to study, how to reduce stress, and how to manage your workload.
There are three parts to this series. The first two parts are role-plays in the ASMR style which address how to both manage study work loads, forward plan, and reduce stress. The final part in the series is devoted to a progressive physical relaxation to help calm the mind in order to study more effectively.
